São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
Located in the eastern part of Kowloon, Wong Tai Sin, Hong Kong is one of the most representative traditional and folk cultural landmarks in Hong Kong. Its core attraction, the Wong Tai Sin Temple, was built in 1945 and is dedicated to the Taoist monk Wong Tai Sin, who "answers all requests". The temple has become an important symbol of Hong Kong's religion and culture, attracting countless worshippers and tourists every year to pray for blessings. Wong Tai Sin is a residential area with traditional bazaars and modern commercial facilities, such as the Wong Tai Sin Bazaar, which showcases authentic market life, and the Wong Tai Sin Center, which offers a convenient shopping experience. Conveniently located near areas such as Diamond Hill and Choi Hung, the district retains a strong traditional heritage while blending in with the vibrancy of the city, making it a must-visit for experiencing Hong Kong's diverse culture.
