São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
Located in Broward County in southeastern Florida, USA, the City of Margate is part of the greater Miami metropolitan area, and is located in close proximity to Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood, making it a livable city that combines beachfront charm with a vibrant community. The long stretch of Margate Beach attracts visitors and residents alike with its white sand and clear Atlantic waters, and the subtropical climate allows for year-round surfing, fishing and other water activities. The city is known for its quiet and friendly community atmosphere, with easy access to shopping centers and parks, as well as a network of convenient highways that provide quick access to the hustle and bustle of metropolitan areas such as Miami and Fort Lauderdale. As a classic South Florida beach town, Margate combines natural beauty with comfortable living, making it an ideal choice for both vacationers and long-term residents.
