São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
Lezhë is an important city in northwestern Albania, located in the inland hinterland on the Adriatic coast, about 30 kilometers from the capital city of Tira, and is the administrative and economic center of the district of Lezhë. With a history of more than 2000 years, the city was once the heart of the Epirus League and is famous for the fact that Aristotle, the teacher of Alexander the Great, lectured here. The ruins of the Roman city walls and the medieval castle of Lezhë still remain, attracting history buffs and tourists alike. Leš is not only rich in culture, but also in agriculture (olive and wine cultivation) and tourism, and in the summer the neighboring seaside resorts are a popular destination for locals and tourists alike, making it one of the most representative cities in Albania in terms of its historical flavor and modern dynamism.
