São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
Kangbao County is located in the northwestern part of Hebei Province, Zhangjiakou City, the Damshang Plateau area, located at the border of Hebei and Mongolia, is the northern gate of Hebei Province, with an average elevation of 1,500 meters above sea level, belonging to the temperate continental monsoon climate, with cool and pleasant summers, and is known as a "summer resort". The Kangba Nuoer National Wetland Park is an important wetland ecosystem in North China, with a vast lake surface, which is an important station for migratory birds, attracting a large number of tourists to come to watch birds and relax. Agriculture is dominated by potato, oat and vegetable cultivation, which is the "Hometown of Potato in Hebei". Meanwhile, Kangbao is the "Hometown of Chinese Folk Art", with unique non-heritage culture such as stick-playing and Errendai, as well as a wealth of folklore activities, which show the rich flavor of the dam.
