São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
Located in the southern part of the Red River Delta, Hà Nam is an important industrial and agricultural province in northern Vietnam, bordered by Hanoi in the north and Taiping in the south. Phủ Lý, the capital city of the province, is the regional economic center. Relying on the convenience of the Red River, it has attracted textile, machinery manufacturing, building materials and other industries, especially textile industry, which accounts for an important proportion of the country. In terms of agriculture, Hai Duong produces rice, vegetables and tropical fruits, and is an important food production area in Vietnam. Hai Duong has a long history and is famous for traditional crafts such as silk weaving and ceramics making, and has a rich cultural heritage with many ancient temples and French colonial buildings. In recent years, with the development of the Northern Economic Corridor, Hai Duong has become an important node connecting Hanoi with the coastal provinces by virtue of its location, combining industrial vitality and humanistic charm.
