São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
Hà Trung (河中) in Vietnam is a district-level city under Thanh Hoa Province in northern Vietnam, located south of the Red River Plain and about 150 kilometers from the capital Hanoi. This small city with a long history is famous for its traditional handicrafts and natural beauty, especially ceramics, where local craftsmen have inherited their skills for centuries, producing pottery that is both practical and artistic, and has become an important symbol of Hà Trung's culture. In addition, Ha Trung is surrounded by rice paddies and rivers, and has been developing eco-tourism in recent years, attracting tourists to experience rural life and traditional culture. As one of the important towns in Thanh Hoa province, Ha Trung has maintained its traditional characteristics while actively integrating into Vietnam's modernization and development process, displaying a unique regional charm.
