São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
Fengquan District is located in the northeastern part of Xinxiang City, Henan Province, China, an important area in the Yellow River Basin, with industry and agriculture as its economic pillars. The district covers an area of about 115 square kilometers with a population of about 140,000. The climate is temperate monsoon with four distinct seasons. Fengquan District has convenient transportation, with the Beijing-Guangzhou Railway and National Highway 107 passing through the district, connecting it to major cities such as Zhengzhou and Anyang. Industry is mainly machinery manufacturing, chemical industry and textile, while wheat, corn and other crops are abundant. There are natural attractions such as Fengquan Lake Park in the district, and the environment is quiet and suitable for leisure and tourism. Fengquan District has a deep cultural heritage and retains some of its traditional folklore and festivals, reflecting the characteristics of the Central Plains.
