São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
Ahuacatlán is a town in the state of Morelos in central Mexico, about 80 kilometers south of the capital, Mexico City, in a valley surrounded by a predominantly agricultural landscape. The area is rich in colonial history, and the town center retains 18th-century baroque churches, such as the Church of San Juan de Dios, which displays the charm of traditional Mexican religious architecture. The local economy is based on agriculture, growing crops such as corn and avocados, while handicrafts such as pottery making are also distinctive. With a mild climate and an average annual temperature of around 20°C, Ahuacochingo is one of the destinations to experience the tranquil life of a small town in the interior of Mexico for travelers who like to explore the local culture and natural beauty.
