Impfondo is a city in the southwestern part of the Republic of the Congo (Congo-Brazzaville), located in the territory of Nyali Province, close to the Atlantic coast, and is one of the important economic and transportation nodes in the region. The city is located in the tropical rainforest climate zone, year-round high temperature and rainfall, rich in natural ecological resources, the surrounding agriculture and fisheries as the main industry, abundance of cassava, bananas and other tropical crops and seafood. As a regional trade center, Impfondo is connected to the inland and the port, and is responsible for the distribution of agricultural products and the transshipment of materials.
