Hutubi County, located in Chang Hui Autonomous Prefecture of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is situated in the northern foothills of the Tianshan Mountains, at the southern edge of the Junggar Basin, and was an important post on the northern route of the ancient Silk Road. It is blessed with natural landscapes, ranging from snowy mountains and glaciers to grassland and wetlands, and from desert oasis to Danxia landforms, with four distinct seasons and beautiful scenery. The primitive forests of national forest parks and the meandering nourishment of the Hutubi River have nurtured rich animal and plant resources. As a multi-ethnic settlement, Kazakhs, Hui and other folk culture mingling, grassland felt, grizzly sheep racing and other traditional activities are unique. Agriculture is dominated by cotton and sugar beet, and animal husbandry is developed, which is an important grain and livestock base in Xinjiang. In recent years, relying on ecological and cultural resources, Hutubi is gradually becoming a tourist destination integrating leisure, sightseeing and folklore experience, showing the world the diversified charm of Xinjiang.
Ruby is a small incorporated town in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, United States, located about 60 miles northeast of the state capital of Baton Rouge and adjacent to the Mississippi border, and characterized by a quiet rural atmosphere and a deep community culture. Sparsely populated, with fewer than 500 people according to the most recent census, the town dates back to the late 1800s and, with its early rise to an agricultural economy (e.g., cotton and soybean farming), still retains the rustic look of a traditional Southern town. The town's landmarks include a century-old community church and several Victorian-style homes, and the annual fall "Ruby Family Day," which blends elements of local Cajun and Creole culture, has become a shared memory for the surrounding residents. Despite its small size, Ruby epitomizes the serenity of the American countryside with its simple folk and distinctive Louisiana southern flavor.
