Hutubi County, located in Chang Hui Autonomous Prefecture of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is situated in the northern foothills of the Tianshan Mountains, at the southern edge of the Junggar Basin, and was an important post on the northern route of the ancient Silk Road. It is blessed with natural landscapes, ranging from snowy mountains and glaciers to grassland and wetlands, and from desert oasis to Danxia landforms, with four distinct seasons and beautiful scenery. The primitive forests of national forest parks and the meandering nourishment of the Hutubi River have nurtured rich animal and plant resources. As a multi-ethnic settlement, Kazakhs, Hui and other folk culture mingling, grassland felt, grizzly sheep racing and other traditional activities are unique. Agriculture is dominated by cotton and sugar beet, and animal husbandry is developed, which is an important grain and livestock base in Xinjiang. Guide County is located in the east of China's Qinghai Province, belonging to Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, located in the Yellow River Valley, with an average elevation of 2,200 meters, known as the "Plateau Little Jiangnan" reputation. It is famous for the unique landscape of "Guide Qing of the World Yellow River" - the Yellow River water is crystal clear when it flows through the area, which overturns people's traditional perception of the Yellow River.
