Hunjiang District is the main city of Baishan City, Jilin Province, located in the southeast of Jilin Province, the western foot of the Changbai Mountains, the middle and upper reaches of the Yalu River, and North Korea across the river, is an important node connecting the hinterland of the Changbai Mountains with the northeastern plains.
