Huma County is located in the Daxinganling region of Heilongjiang Province, one of the northernmost counties in China, with a longitude of 126°~127°E, a latitude of 50°~52°N, and a border of 372 kilometers with Russia across the Heilongjiang River. As a cold-temperate continental monsoon climate zone, with long cold winters and short cool summers, it has the unique geographic label of "China's North Pole". With a forest coverage of up to 80%, it is an important part of the Daxinganling forest area, harboring a wealth of wildlife resources, such as northeast tigers, sables, and Xing'an pines. The scenery along the Heilongjiang River is exquisite, and the fishing and hunting culture of the Boundary River is profound; in summer, you can experience river rafting, and in winter, there is the spectacle of freezing fog. With forestry, green agriculture and eco-tourism as the pillar industries, the area is rich in blueberries, black fungus and other mountain treasures, making it an excellent destination for eco-tourism and folklore experience in the northern border.
Pan'an County, belonging to Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, is located in the center of Zhejiang Province, and has been known as the "Ancestor of Mountains and Source of Waters" since ancient times, and is one of the origins of the four major water systems, namely Qiantang River, Oujiang River, Lingjiang River and Cao'e River. The county has a forest coverage rate of over 82%, and the Dapanshan National Nature Reserve is located in the middle of the county, which is known as the "Green Lung of Central Zhejiang", and has rich wildlife resources and rare Chinese medicinal herbs, which is the "Hometown of Chinese Medicinal Herbs". Pan'an is a blend of ecology and humanity, with ancient villages such as Beech Creek Village (where the descendants of Confucius settled) and Wushi Village (the first batch of Chinese traditional villages), as well as natural landscapes such as Yunshan Tourist Resort and Eighteen Eddy Scenic Spot. With four distinct seasons, enjoying flowers in spring, summer heat in summer, leaves in autumn and snow in winter, it is a well-known eco-tourism destination in the Yangtze River Delta region, and is known as the "Heart of Zhejiang".
