Huainan County is located in the eastern part of Heilongjiang Province, south of Jiamusi City, located in the western part of the Three River Plain and the intersection of the remaining veins of the Wanda Mountains, east of Fujin City, south of Qitaihe City, west of Huachuan County, north of Jiamusi City, is an important node of the city of Harbin to Shuangyashan, Jiamusi.
