Huainan County is located in the eastern part of Heilongjiang Province, south of Jiamusi City, located in the western part of the Three River Plain and the intersection of the remaining veins of the Wanda Mountains, east of Fujin City, south of Qitaihe City, west of Huachuan County, north of Jiamusi City, is an important node of the city of Harbin to Shuangyashan, Jiamusi. The total area of the county is about 2227 square kilometers, with 6 towns and 4 townships under the jurisdiction of the county, with a population of about 400,000, which is a multi-ethnic settlement with the intermingling of cultures of Han, Manchu and Korean.
