Huaiyin District is located in the north of Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province, at the confluence of the Huai River and the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, and is one of the core districts of Huai'an City, with a long history and deep cultural heritage. Diffa, the capital of the Diffa region in southeastern Niger, is located on the southern edge of the Sahara Desert and shares a border with Nigeria, making it one of the most important border cities in Niger.
