Hóra Fákion is a traditional mountain village in the central Greek prefecture of Fokida, situated in the southern foothills of the Parnassus mountain range, at an altitude of about 600 meters above sea level, about 15 kilometers from the famous ancient site of Delphi. The village is characterized by well-preserved 19th century stone houses, winding stone paths and Byzantine churches, and is surrounded by olive groves, pine forests and terraced rice fields, in a tranquil environment, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The inhabitants live on traditional agriculture and animal husbandry, retaining a strong sense of Greek village life. It is an ideal destination for hiking enthusiasts, with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Corinth, and an excellent place to experience the slow life of mainland Greece, which is less visited but attracts travelers looking for tranquility with its authenticity and simplicity.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
