Heze, located in the southwest of Shandong Province, is at the junction of four provinces, namely Lu, Su, Yu and Anhui, and is an important node city in the Central Plains Economic Zone. As the "Peony Capital of China", Heze has been known as "Caozhou Peony is the best in the world" since ancient times. The history of peony planting is more than 1,500 years, with more than 1,200 varieties, and the annual Heze Peony Culture and Tourism Festival in April attracts tourists from all over the world. It is not only the hometown of Fuxi and Sun Bin, but also the birthplace of non-heritage culture such as Caozhou painting and calligraphy and Lu Jin. Agriculturally, Heze is an important national production base of commercial grain, high-quality cotton, fruits and vegetables, and the annual output value of peony industry exceeds 10 billion yuan, forming a "flower tourism integration" characteristic economy. In recent years, with the opening of Lunan High Speed Railway, the location advantage of Heze has been further highlighted, and it is aiming at "Ecological Peony - Happiness of Heze" to build a modernized city which is suitable for living, working and traveling.
Ruby is a small incorporated town in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, United States, located about 60 miles northeast of the state capital of Baton Rouge and adjacent to the Mississippi border, and characterized by a quiet rural atmosphere and a deep community culture. Sparsely populated, with fewer than 500 people according to the most recent census, the town dates back to the late 1800s and, with its early rise to an agricultural economy (e.g., cotton and soybean farming), still retains the rustic look of a traditional Southern town. The town's landmarks include a century-old community church and several Victorian-style homes, and the annual fall "Ruby Family Day," which blends elements of local Cajun and Creole culture, has become a shared memory for the surrounding residents. Despite its small size, Ruby epitomizes the serenity of the American countryside with its simple folk and distinctive Louisiana southern flavor.
