Liaoning Heping usually refers to the Heping District of Shenyang City, the center of Shenyang, known as the "first district of Shenyang". As the center of Shenyang, it is known as "the first district of Shenyang". Located in the south of Liaoning Province and the core area of Shenyang, it is an important carrier of politics, economy, culture, science and technology in Liaoning Province.
