Haven is a small city in Reno County, Kansas, United States, located in the southern part of the county, about 50 miles from Wichita. With an area of about 0.6 square kilometers and a population of about 1,200, the city is a typical quiet Midwestern town.
Haven is located in the Great Plains region of the Midwestern United States, with flat terrain and a predominantly agricultural landscape. The climate is continental, with warm and humid summers, cold and dry winters, four distinct seasons, and moderate annual precipitation, which is suitable for the growth of crops.
The economy is based on agriculture, with wheat, corn and soybeans being the main crops grown.
