Haixing County belongs to Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, is located on the west coast of the Bohai Bay, is located in the Bohai Economic Circle and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei synergistic development of the important nodes, is the only "mountain" coastal county in Hebei Province, with 18 kilometers of coastline and extensive wetland resources of the mudflats. Barentu is a town in southern Eritrea, located in the heart of the Gash Barka Zone, near the Ethiopian border. It is located at an altitude of about 1,000 meters above sea level and has a semi-arid climate, with agriculture and livestock as the mainstay of the economy, growing mainly crops such as sorghum and maize.
Historically a place of diverse ethnic groups such as the Tigrinya and Kunama, Barentu has a rich cultural heritage, and the area was colonized by Italy in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, with some remnants of colonial architecture remaining.
