Hailar is the capital of Hulunbeier City in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, located at the western foot of the Daxinganling Mountains and the hinterland of the Hulunbeier Grassland, known as the "Pearl of the Grassland". Here is a moderate temperate continental monsoon climate, cool and pleasant in summer, the average annual temperature is only -2 ℃ to 2 ℃, is China's famous summer resort. As the political, economic and cultural center of Hulunbeier, Hailar combines Mongolian nomadic culture and frontier style, with Hulunbeier Prairie, Molgrad River and other natural landscapes around the city, and you can experience the Ice and Snow Naadam in winter, and enjoy the grassland pastoral songs in summer. In addition, Hailar is an important transportation hub on the China-Russia-Mongolia border, with a perfect aviation and railroad network, and is the starting point for exploring the scenery of the Hulunbeier Grassland, as well as the core area for experiencing the traditional Mongolian culture.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
