Hai Phong, Vietnam is a municipality and an important port city in the north of Vietnam, located in the northeast of the Red River Delta, bordering the Gulf of Tonkin, about 100 kilometers away from the capital Hanoi, and is an important transportation hub and economic center of the north of Vietnam.
