Liaoning Ancient Pagodas are a number of historical pagoda structures distributed in Liaoning Province of China, mainly built in the Liao, Jin, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties, with rich cultural and architectural values. These ancient pagodas are mostly of masonry and stone structure, with various shapes, including close-eaved, pavilion and lama pagodas, etc., reflecting the fusion of ancient Chinese Buddhist art and local characteristics. Famous representatives such as Jinzhou Guangji Temple Pagoda, Chaoyang North Pagoda and Liaoyang White Pagoda are listed as national key cultural relics protection units. They are not only religious heritages, but also important physical materials for the study of ancient Chinese history, architectural techniques and artistic development, attracting many tourists and scholars to visit them.
