Located in the central part of Shanxi Province, China, Guchao City is a county-level city under the administration of Taiyuan City, situated at the eastern foot of the Lvliang Mountain Range and in the Fen River basin. The city has a total area of about 1,551 square kilometers and a population of about 200,000, mainly Han Chinese. Gujiao has a long history, with human activities as early as the Neolithic Age, and is one of the important birthplaces of Chinese civilization.
Gugiao is known for its rich coal resources and is an important coal production base in China. The economy is dominated by the energy industry, while agriculture and tourism are developed. Local specialties include millet, red dates and other agricultural products. In recent years, the city has actively promoted industrial transformation and ecological protection.
Gujiao has a rich historical and cultural heritage, such as ancient buildings from the Ming and Qing dynasties, temples and revolutionary memorial sites. Famous attractions include the Gujiao Revolutionary Memorial Hall and the Fox Turk Temple, attracting tourists to explore the traditional culture and red history of Shanxi. The climate is temperate continental monsoon climate with four distinct seasons, which is suitable for traveling and sightseeing.

It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
