Guiping is located in the southeast of Guangxi, the core of the Xijiang River Basin, is the county-level city of Guigang City, since ancient times for the "Gateway to Guangxi", guarding the Pearl River - Xijiang River Economic Belt important node. As an important landmark of China's modern history, the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom Movement broke out here - Jintian Village still retains the address of Jintian Uprising, which has become a national key cultural heritage unit.
