Guéné is an important city in Benin's Atlantique department, located on the country's southern coast about 40 kilometers from the capital city of Porto Novo, and is a key node in Benin's economic and transportation network. As the heart of a large agricultural province, the area around Guéné is rich in crops such as cotton, cashews and cassava, and the local market is active as a distribution and processing center for agricultural products. In addition, the city's proximity to the Atlantic Ocean has led to a thriving fishing and trading industry, and traditional crafts such as weaving and wood carving are unique. Sevan is a small town in the Armenian province of Gegharkunik, located in the eastern part of the country on the shores of Lake Sevan, about 66 kilometers from the capital city of Yerevan. The town is famous for its eponymous alpine lake, Lake Sevan, one of the largest freshwater lakes in Eurasia, at an altitude of about 1,900 meters above sea level, which is known as the "Pearl of Armenia".
Lake Sevan is surrounded by magnificent landscapes and crystal clear waters, making it an important tourist and recreational destination in Armenia.
