Located in the north of Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, Guanshanhu District is a key new urban area in Guiyang City and an important ecological and internationalized new city in western China. As the core carrying area of big data industry in Guizhou Province, it is known as the core engine of "China's Digital Valley", with landmarks such as Guiyang International Conference Center and Guizhou Financial City. The area is rich in ecological resources, with Guanshan Lake Park, Karst Ecological Park and other urban green lungs located in the area, forming a unique style of "city in the forest, forest in the city". Convenient transportation, only 30 minutes drive from Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, Guiyang citywide express rail and subway network covers the whole territory. In recent years, Guanshanhu District, relying on its ecological advantages and industrial foundation, has vigorously developed the digital economy, convention and exhibition economy, culture and tourism industry, and has become an important window of Guizhou's opening up to the outside world, and a model of modernized city that is pleasant to live and work in.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
