Glossy County is located in the northwestern part of Fujian Province, China, under the jurisdiction of Nanping City, bordering Jiangxi Province, and situated in the northern section of Wuyi Mountain Range. With a total area of about 2,240 square kilometers and a population of about 160,000, the county is dominated by Han Chinese, with the She ethnic group as a hereditary minority. As the birthplace of Futunxi, an important tributary of the upper reaches of the Minjiang River, Glossy is rich in ecological resources, with a forest coverage rate of over 78%, making it a national ecological county and a key ecological functional area.
The county takes agriculture and ecological industry as its economic pillar, producing high-quality rice, tea, bamboo shoots and other agricultural products, and "Glossy black tea" has a long history. At the same time, Glossy is one of the counties in the Central Soviet Union, retaining a wealth of red cultural sites. The county has convenient transportation, with Pujian Expressway and Yingxia Railway passing through the county, and Wuyishan Airport is about 100 kilometers away. Natural landscapes such as Wujun Mountain and Baiyun Peak and humanistic attractions such as the ancient Chongren Temple attract tourists to visit.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
