Jiahe County is part of Chenzhou City, Hunan Province, China, located in the southern part of Hunan Province, adjacent to Guangdong Province, with a total area of about 699 square kilometers. The population is about 400,000, mainly Han Chinese, and it is a multi-ethnic mixed county. Jiahe has a long history and was founded in 1639, named after "Jiamei Wo Cang", and is known as the "Hometown of Folk Songs" and the "Hometown of Casting".
