Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County is located in the northeastern part of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and the southeastern part of Guilin City, which is inhabited by Yao people, and is known as the "Hometown of Chinese Moon Persimmon" and "Hometown of Chinese Oil Tea". Here the ecological resources endowment, forest coverage of 83.7%, air quality perennial ranked first in Guangxi, with Gongcheng Temple, Hunan Guild Hall and other historical sites, as well as the red rock village, Yao Village and other characteristics of rural tourism. Local persimmons and oil tea as a characteristic industry, persimmons production accounted for more than 70% of the country, oil tea culture is the crystallization of the wisdom of the Yao life. Hedland (Haleyville), located in Winston County in the northwestern part of the U.S. state of Alabama, about 160 kilometers north of Birmingham and close to the Tennessee border, is a small town with a community focus. Incorporated in 1889, the city sprang up as a result of the development of railroad transportation, and historically was the pilot city for the first 911 emergency telephone system in the United States (1968), an innovation that to this day influences emergency response systems across the country. Economically, the area is dominated by forestry, agriculture, and small-scale manufacturing, and is surrounded by natural landscapes and the William B. Bankhead National Forest for outdoor activities. With a population of approximately 4,000, there is a strong community atmosphere that retains the quiet qualities of a small southern town, while passing on unique local memories through amenities such as a history museum.
