Located in the south-central part of Hubei Province, China, Public Security County is part of Jingzhou City and is an important county-level administrative region in Hubei Province. Located on the south bank of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, the county enjoys an advantageous geographic location and convenient transportation, with the city of Jianli to the east, Songzi to the west, Hunan Province to the south and the Yangtze River to the north.
