Located in the Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan Province, China, the city of Ruiku is an industrial city famous for tin mining and smelting, and is known as the "Tin Capital". Located at the southern end of the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, the city enjoys a mild climate, with an average annual temperature of about 16℃ and four seasons like spring. The city is surrounded by mountains, rich natural resources and unique karst landscape.
With a long history, mining was recorded as early as the Han Dynasty, and in recent times, the city has developed rapidly due to the tin industry. Today, the economic structure is diversified, covering metallurgy, chemicals and tourism. The local culture is a blend of Hani, Yi and other ethnic minorities, and traditional festivals and cuisines such as rice noodles over the bridge and chicken in steamer pots attract many tourists. Convenient transportation connects it to major cities such as Kunming by road and rail.
With green spaces such as Jinhu Park and Baohua Park, a livable environment, and one of China's models for the transformation of resource-based cities, Ji'old also emphasizes ecological construction.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
