Gaobeidian is located in the central part of Hebei Province, China, under the jurisdiction of Baoding, and is an important node city for the synergistic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. Located in the triangle hinterland of Beijing, Tianjin and Baoding, it is about 80 kilometers away from Beijing, with convenient transportation, and a number of trunk lines such as the Beijing-Guangzhou Railway and the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway running through the whole territory.
The city's economy is dominated by industry, with clusters of automobile manufacturing, machinery processing, food processing and other industries, making it one of the important industrial bases in North China. Meanwhile, Gaobeidian is rich in agricultural resources, producing wheat, corn and other grain crops.
Gaobeidian has a long history, with cultural monuments such as Kaishansi Temple, and well-preserved folk art and traditional culture. In recent years, Gaobeidian has been actively undertaking the relocation of Beijing's non-capital functions by virtue of its location, and has seen rapid urban construction and economic development, making it a county-level city with both historical heritage and modern vigor.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
