Fuyu County is located in the western part of Heilongjiang Province, China, under the jurisdiction of Qiqihar City, located in the middle reaches of the Nenjiang River on the left bank of the Songnen Plain in the north, bordering Qiqihar City and Daqing City in the south, and adjoining the city of Nehe in the north, which is known as "the south of the river in the north of the Sebei".
