Fushun City is located in the eastern part of Liaoning Province, China. It is an important industrial city and a famous historical and cultural city in Liaoning Province. Located in the remnants of the Changbai Mountains, with the Hun River flowing through the city, Fushun is rich in coal and mineral resources, and has historically been known as the "Coal Capital". As one of the birthplaces of the Qing Dynasty, Fushun retains the ruins of Manchu culture, such as the Old Town of Hetualla. The city has a high greening rate, and there are red tourist attractions such as the Lei Feng Memorial Hall and the former site of the War Prisoner Administration Center, as well as natural landscapes such as the Salhu Scenic Area. The economy is dominated by energy, chemicals and equipment manufacturing, and is actively transforming to develop tourism and new industries.
Located in the southern part of Azerbaijan, Satre District is an important administrative division of the country, known for its natural beauty and agricultural economy. With a total area of about 770 square kilometers and a population of about 100,000, the district is situated in the belt of the Lesser Caucasus Mountains, with a mountainous terrain and a mild climate suitable for the cultivation of cereals and fruits.

The economy is predominantly agricultural, producing wheat, grapes and nuts. Traditional Azerbaijani culture is preserved in the region, with handicrafts and folk festivals attracting tourists. The Satre district is easily accessible by road, connecting major cities and serving as an important gateway for exploring the south of Azerbaijan.
