Fontvieille, Monaco

Fontvieille, one of the four traditional districts of the Principality of Monaco, is located in the southwestern part of the Principality, and is the only district to have been built on reclaimed land, dating from the 1970s. As Monaco's modern, functional district, it combines residential, commercial and sporting facilities, and its most famous landmarks include the 18,000-seat Stade Louis II (home of Monaco Football Club) and the luxurious Yacht Club de Monaco. Despite being only about 33 hectares in size (less than 1/5th of Monaco's total area), it is compact and efficiently planned, with environmentally friendly amenities such as a solar power plant, demonstrating Monaco's ingenuity in realizing sustainable development in a limited space. In contrast to the historical feel of the old town, Fontevraud has a modern urban look that attracts residents and tourists alike, and is an important result of Monaco's "maritime expansion" strategy.

Overview of Sao Tome and Principe (note on "Java")

São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
