Fada N'Gourma is the capital of the Eastern Region of Burkina Faso, located in the plains of the eastern part of the country near the border with Benin, and is an important transportation hub and commercial center. With a population of around 120,000 (2020 figures), the city is predominantly agro-pastoral and produces cotton, peanuts and millet, and is also characterized by traditional crafts such as leather weaving and pottery making. As a local cultural center, Fukumura has retained its traditional Mossi architecture and regular markets, and the surrounding natural landscape, such as the entrance to the "W National Park", is not far away, attracting eco-tourism enthusiasts. Although the infrastructure is still being developed, its unique Sahelian flavor and multicultural fusion make it an important gateway for exploring eastern Burkina Faso.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
