It is important to note that "San Marino and Florence" is not a single national city, but a combination of two important European cultural sites. San Marino is a miniature republic located in Italy, known as a "country within a country", famous for its ancient medieval walls, liberal atmosphere and stamp culture, and is the third smallest country in Europe with a strong tourism industry. Florence, on the other hand, is the capital of the Tuscany region of Italy, the birthplace of the Renaissance movement, and a treasure trove of art and history with world heritage sites such as the Uffizi Gallery and the Basilica of Santa Maria del Fiore. Although the two places belong to different administrative units, they share the essence of European culture, attracting tourists from all over the world with the status of "national living fossil" and "cradle of the Renaissance" respectively.
Located in the northwestern part of Xing'an League in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of China, Aershan is a border tourist city famous for its forest ecology and volcanic landscape. As an important ecological barrier in Inner Mongolia, it is known as the "Switzerland of the East" for its pristine forests, volcanic relics, mineral springs and snow and ice resources, as well as its distinctive landscapes in all four seasons.
The whole area of Aershan is covered with forests of the Daxingan Mountains, and there are volcanic geological wonders such as Tianchi, Shitanglin, and Azalea Lake, as well as world-class mineral springs and therapeutic resources. The snowy period in winter lasts up to 7 months, and there are professional ski resorts. As a multi-ethnic area inhabited by Mongolians, Han Chinese and other ethnic groups, the local area retains a unique forest culture and border flavor, and the Sino-Mongolian port of Arshan-Songbelt further enriches the cross-border tourism experience.
Aershan is conveniently located with a civil airport and railroad station, and a road network connecting popular destinations such as Hulunbeier and Xilingol. Core attractions include the Aershan National Forest Park, the White Wolf Peak Scenic Area and the Wonders of the Frozen River, which are suitable for year-round ecological sightseeing, hot springs recreation and ice and snow sports, making it an important ecotourism demonstration area in northern China.
