Fengze District is located in the center of Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, China, and is one of the political, economic and cultural core areas of Quanzhou. Established in 1997, it covers an area of about 126 square kilometers and has a population of about 600,000 people. Boiron is a town in the administrative district of Upper Bavaria in the German state of Bavaria, not an independent state.
