Fengqing County is located in the southwestern part of Yunnan Province, north of Lincang City and the middle and lower reaches of the Lancang River. It is an important historical and cultural county in western Yunnan Province and the "Hometown of Dian Hong". The tea culture here is profound, Dian Hong tea was born here in 1938, and nowadays the tea plantations are continuous, the fragrance of tea lingers, and it is one of the core production areas of high-quality tea in Yunnan. Located in the western part of Guangdong Province, Luoding is a county-level city under the administration of Yunfu City, known as the "Gateway to Western Guangdong" and the "Breadbasket of Lingnan", situated at the crossroads of Guangfu and Bagui cultures, with a long history of more than 1,400 years since it was established in the Southern Dynasty, and is one of the "Ancient Cultural Counties of Guangdong". It is one of the "Ancient Cultural Counties of Guangdong".
