Fengman District is located in the south-central part of Jilin City, Jilin Province, China, in the middle reaches of the Songhua River, named after the world-famous Fengman Hydroelectric Power Station, known as the "Cradle of China's Hydroelectric Power". Songhua Lake, the core scenic spot in the area, is a national AAAAA level tourist attraction, where the lake and mountains reflect each other, and it is a summer resort in summer and an ice and snow paradise in winter, with rich snow and ice tourism resources. Located in the northwestern part of China's Guizhou Province, Weining is an autonomous county under the jurisdiction of Bijie City, situated on the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, with an average altitude of about 2,200 meters and a predominantly plateau mountainous climate.
