Fengman District is located in the south-central part of Jilin City, Jilin Province, China, in the middle reaches of the Songhua River, named after the world-famous Fengman Hydroelectric Power Station, known as the "Cradle of China's Hydroelectric Power". Akse Kazakh Autonomous County is subordinate to Jiuquan City in Gansu Province, located at the intersection of Gansu, Qingdao and New Zealand, and is the only ethnic minority autonomous county in Gansu with Kazakhs as the main body.
