Fairton is an unincorporated community in Kent County, Delaware, United States, located in the central region of the state. Though small in size, Fairton has a peaceful atmosphere typical of small town America, and the surrounding area is dominated by agricultural and rural landscapes.
Felton is located about 30 kilometers north of Dover, the capital of Delaware, and about 80 kilometers from Wilmington, the state's largest city. The community's proximity to U.S. Route 13 provides quick access to major cities in Delaware and the neighboring state of Maryland.
As a historic settlement, Felton retains some of its 19th century architectural features. The local area is dominated by family farms and small agricultural operations, with cornfields and livestock farms scattered around the neighborhood, reflecting the typical characteristics of Delaware's agricultural belt.

Sevan is a small town in the Armenian province of Gegharkunik, located in the eastern part of the country on the shores of Lake Sevan, about 66 kilometers from the capital city of Yerevan.
