Feixiang District, belonging to Handan City, Hebei Province, is located in the hinterland of the South Hebei Plain, the eastern part of Handan City, and is an important part of the main urban area of Handan City. Diffa, the capital of the Diffa region in southeastern Niger, is located on the southern edge of the Sahara Desert and shares a border with Nigeria, making it one of the most important border cities in Niger.
