Introduction to Fang County, Hubei, China

Fang County is located in the northwestern part of Hubei Province of China, belonging to Shiyan Municipality, and is situated in the eastern part of the Qinba Mountainous Region, which is a county-level administrative region with a predominantly mountainous terrain. The county has a long history and was known as "Fangling" in ancient times. It is one of the birthplaces of the Chu culture and has a history of more than 2,000 years.
