Edinec is the capital of the Edinec District in northern Moldova, situated on the banks of the Zirniya River, a tributary of the Prut River, and close to the Ukrainian border, making it an important cross-border city and regional economic hub for the country. Guide County is located in the east of China's Qinghai Province, belonging to Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, located in the Yellow River Valley, with an average elevation of 2,200 meters, known as the "Plateau Little Jiangnan" reputation.
