Dulbert Mongolian Autonomous County is located in the southwestern part of Heilongjiang Province, China, and is the only ethnic autonomous county under the jurisdiction of Daqing City. Located in the hinterland of Songnen Plain and adjacent to Daqing Oilfield, it has a total area of 6,176 square kilometers and a population of about 250,000 people.
