Donga is an important coastal town in Benin's Atlantique department, located in the southwest of the country on the Gulf of Guinea, about 40 kilometers from the capital city of Porto Novo. As a transportation hub connecting Benin's inland and coastal regions, Dongari's core economic industries are fishing and trading, with the local fishing port supplying the markets of neighboring cities such as Cotonou with seafood caught daily. The town retains its traditional West African architectural style, and regular markets are held to attract neighboring villagers to trade agricultural products and handicrafts. Located in the western part of Guangdong Province, Luoding is a county-level city under the administration of Yunfu City, known as the "Gateway to Western Guangdong" and the "Breadbasket of Lingnan", situated at the crossroads of Guangfu and Bagui cultures, with a long history of more than 1,400 years since it was established in the Southern Dynasty, and is one of the "Ancient Cultural Counties of Guangdong".
