Dongxing City is located in the south of China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, located on the shore of the Gulf of Tonkin, and Vietnam Quang Ninh Province, Mang Street City, just a river away, is China's only one class of national port city connected with Vietnam by sea and land.
